Starting from May 25, 2018, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) has been applied in all European Union member states. This Regulation aims to create a unified and uniform legislative framework across the EU, eliminating the need for national implementation measures.

The entity responsible for operating the website www.sabres.ro and acting as the data controller is Sabiko Impex SRL, headquartered in Remetea Mare, Vlad Street No. 1, Timiș County, registered under unique identification number RO5614141 and trade registry number J35/1354/1994.

This website is exclusively intended for users aged 16 and above.

Sabiko Impex SRL, as the data controller, processes your data in a manner that ensures its security, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.

What Personal Data We Process, Purpose, Legal Basis, and Processing Duration

We collect only the personal data necessary for you to use our website, place orders, make reservations, access our products, and stay updated about our products, services, and offers (direct marketing). This is done as permitted by law or with your explicit consent.

Additionally, we process your data to issue and deliver invoices. Your online payment details are not stored by Sabiko Impex SRL, but by the electronic payment service provider. The only payment data we retain are the transaction date and payment status.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for an additional three years from your last order, as required by legal prescription periods.

For timely and accurate order fulfillment, your personal data may be shared with trusted contractual partners, including:

Reservations can be made online through the Sabres platform or by phone. When completing the reservation form, we collect:

  • Email address

These data are processed for contractual purposes, enabling us to confirm your reservation based on available time slots and locations. The legal basis is the contractual obligation between the parties. Without processing your data, Sabiko Impex SRL cannot confirm your reservation.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and an additional three years from your last reservation.

To ensure timely and proper service execution, your data may be disclosed to trusted contractual partners, including:

  • External data storage service providers
  • Accounting service providers
  • Email communication service providers
  • Mobile communication service providers

Your reservation data is not subject to automated decision-making, profiling, or international transfer.

Newsletter – Direct Marketing

Subscribing and unsubscribing to our newsletter at www.sabres.ro is free and voluntary, based solely on your consent. The newsletter provides periodic electronic updates (email, SMS) about our products, services, and promotions.

For marketing services, we collect:

  • Full name

These data are used exclusively to inform you about our products, services, and offers. Processing is based on your consent, and data is retained as long as consent remains valid.
