Our journey began in 2006, and since then, we have been cooking with passion for our beloved guests every single day. We take pride in being Timișoara’s first fish and seafood restaurant, founded by Sabiko Impex, the region’s leading fish processing company.
We welcome change, innovation, and fresh ideas. That’s why in 2016, we redesigned our Vintage Lounge to create a warmer, more inviting atmosphere for our guests. Further improvments have been done in 2022.
Our 10th anniversary was a milestone worth celebrating—honoring teamwork and the special memories we’ve built along the way. To mark the occasion, we invited our dear guests and hosted Timișoara’s very first Live Cooking event, right in our Garden.
A true oasis of greenery and relaxation, our Garden has always been a special place. In 2018 and 2025, we infused it with Mediterranean design touches to enhance the holiday-like ambiance. Its highlights? The greenery, the serene fish pond, and our unique cascading table set over the water.
In 2019 and 2024, Sandy changed its look and transformed into a Mediterranean-inspired space. The new decor and relaxed atmosphere won over our guests, who enjoyed unforgettable moments in the venue.
From a generous seafood platter to a flavorful fish soup or a carefully crafted traditional dish, every plate we serve is a tribute to our passion for authentic cuisine and the finest ingredients.
Though we believe that good deeds speak for themselves, we’d like to share our ongoing efforts to care for nature. For some time now, we have been taking small but meaningful steps toward a more sustainable future.
We remain optimistic that our actions will inspire others and that together, we can do even more for the environment, for our community, and for a better tomorrow.
